We aim to achieve same day shipping for orders placed before 3.00 PM AEST on business days, excluding public holidays and weekends.
Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
- Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the logistics department for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The logistics personnel process the orders, which takes an additional 1–2 business days.
- Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. International delivery usually takes about 10–21 business days. Domestic orders are shipped by local courier service within Melbourne, or International Standard or Express, which is an Australia Post Postal Service. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 3 to 5 business days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.
For domestic and interstate orders, please allow between 3 to 5 business days for your order to arrive. If more than 7 business days have passed please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to review the status of your order.
For international orders, please allow between 10-21 business days for your order to arrive. If more than 21 business days have passed, please email us at email@example.com to review the status of your order.
Refunds will be handled through email if necessary.
